To book a room we require current valid credit card details, a current email address for confirmation and a valid operating phone number. Full payment is required upon check-in and where there is a no show without a cancellation as per policy, one (1) nights tariff is charged. For Teams, Social Groups, groups booking interconnecting rooms a room security fee may be required at check-in. Where cash is used for room payment with no credit card details a room security deposit with photo id may be required at check in.

Discounted rates may change if a guest departs earlier than the agreed date at check-in. Once a stay has commenced, guest become's financially liable for the entire booking unless otherwise arranged and agreed to with management.

A Confirmation email is sent, either from the website or at the conclusion of a telephone booking.

On day of arrival after 2pm and before 6pm unless otherwise arranged. Earlier check-in may be possible however this must be arranged with management prior to arrival. When paying for your reservation and/or 'checking' into your unit, you are deemed to have accepted the above Terms & Conditions of Booking and Occupancy.

On day of departure the room is available until 10am. A later check-out may be possible however this must be arranged with management prior to departure day and a fee may apply.

Payment is in full on arrival. Traralgon Central Motel PTY Ltd. applies a Payment Processing Fee of 2.75% including GST to all MasterCard and Visa. 3.75% on Amex. This Payment Processing Fee reflects the Merchant Service Fee associated with accepting major cards. Traralgon Central Motel PTY Ltd engages an independent 3rd party to provide this service and does not profiteer from any Payment Processing Fees.

A security guarantee amount may be requested by the management at checkin.

Individual cancellations must be advised 48hrs prior to check in date or full tariff charged. Groups: 30 days notice to avoid forfeiture of deposit.

No cooking of any nature anywhere in rooms or outside rooms. No smoking in rooms or on front walkways, back decks only when all doors must be closed. No electrical, gas, cooking or other items of any nature other than those provided in rooms. Management reserves the right to enter rooms where guests leave room with heating/cooling systems on.

For the comfort, safety, and security of every guest, all items below are non-negotiable. The expectation of a quiet enjoyment for all guests is a given which we make no apology for enforcing. Failure to comply with the items listed will result in guests being asked to leave with tariff and or room bond forfeited. No non-registered guests or visitors are allowed in any rooms or on site using any motel facilities. Police will be notified if we suspect or observe any unlawful activities. No room parties or gatherings in rooms or on property or carpark. No noise in car park. C onsider other guests in the rooms around you when returning to your rooms after 9pm.

Layout / Soft Furnishings: Our rooms are cleaned and reviewed daily prior to you checking in and laid out for the best access and exit, no moving furniture or room items between rooms, rooms are serviced daily 10am to 12pm when rooms must be vacant. no servicing on stat days. Please read guest room details / fact sheet to answer any questions on room items. Advise the management immediately if any thing is non-functional in your room.

The pool is opened and closed at the discretion of the management. No unsupervised children left in pool. Adult must be within pool area enclosure. Wireless Broadband Internet provided free-of-charge for the first 500mb per day. Your unit is NOT equipped with a telephone.

All breakages, damages, lost or missing items must be paid for, plus time & effort involved, with the charge made against your credit card to cover replacement or repair costs.

Damage in rooms, cigarette smoke contamination, is charged on the following basis $250.00, plus cost of item, plus and or cleaning charges to room account.

All guests making the booking and or staying in the room are financially responsible for any excessive cleaning required, loss or damage to property caused during their stay and agree that the security deposit plus any credit card supplied can be used to recover all of these costs.
